Ipsy!

I have jumped on the ban wagon and decided to join every other girl and subscribe to Ipsy. Ipsy is kinda like a magazine subscription, but WAY better because instead of just looking at the products inside the magazine and wishing you could afford them in order to try them each month Ipsy sends you 5 samples that are personalized by your style, and for the extremely low price of ten dollars a month I must say after I received my first Ipsy bag, and I'm definitely impressed. Plus you get to pay month by month, and can stop at anytime. I have commitment issues and signing up for a 12 month subscription (in which I don't know if I will get tired of) makes my skin crawl.

Every week you get 5 samples plus a makeup bag (which is my favorite part, who doesn't love       adorable makeup bags?)

                                         Sample One: Sans Tan Sunscreen.
This was my least favorite product of the bunch. I wasn't crazy about the smell, (it was that weird I can't really smell you, but yet you're not unscented scenierio) but I really like the consistency. I hate watery sunscreens that feel like they immediately melt off your skin, but this sunscreen was thicker which makes it easier to know where you applied it.

                                            Sample Two: pur~lisse moisturizer.
I have sensitive skin, like if unfiltered water hits my skin I turn into one big hive, sensitive skin. This makes trying new skin care products feel like playing with fire because if it has one wrong ingredient I guarantee you it will burn like a mother. So I was overjoyed to find a moisturizer that helped my skin and didn't make me smell like a grandma. Perfect.

Sample Three: Avene Eau Thermale (Thermal Spring Water)
Okay, I must admit at first I was like "what froufrou woman needs a bottle of spring water to spritz themselves when they get a little warm?" (First world problems indeed) But living in the South during May means the temperature will go from 64 degrees to 90 degrees in a blink of an eye, so when a sudden heat wave hit I decided to try this product and as much as I didn't want to admit I liked this product... It cooled me down instantly while moisturizing my skin.

                                       Sample Four: Pacifica Neutral Eyeshadow
This eyeshadow is definitely not for those that like to wear a ton of crazy eyeshadow. It is the perfect eyeshadow for a natural makeup look. It has a soft consistency that glides on smoothly and easily. I also believe it comes in a purple/silver combo for those that are looking for more of a pop of color.

Sample Five: Hey Honey Peel Off Mask
I'm a little biased on the topic of peel off masks while they do great things for my skin; I HATE taking the mask off. It feels like I'm smearing Elmer's glue on my face. As much as girls like to pretend they have silky smooth faces, we don't. Unless you wax your entire face we all have peach fuzz, which makes it torturous to peel the mask off; however, as the say beauty is pain and this mask does give me glowing skin.
