Going
to the gym is difficult enough on its own, but then you throw in the mass chaos
going through your head trying to think of everything you need to pack to be
prepared at this torture chamber they call a fitness center. So to make the
process of getting your dream body a little less painful I put together a few
necessities that I never show up at the gym without!
* Workout Outfit*
You never know where you will meet Mr. Right, and do you really want to meet him at the gym wearing baggy sweatpants and your old t-shirt with paint stains and cat hair on it? Didn't think so. Put together your gym outfit the way you pick out any outfit, with care and consideration. Know what looks good on your body! Believe me, if you feel good about what you are wearing, you will feel good about the way you look.
*Cheaper Exercise Outfit*
If you want to look cute at the gym, but don't want to pay an arm and a leg for an outfit that you are going to sweat in, that's fine! There are so many places you can find affordable gym clothes (Forever 21, Kohls, Old Navy) that you can still look perfectly adorable in!
There is nothing worse than feeling sweaty and greasy after working out, put a little bit of this dry shampoo in your hair and you will get instant clean and volumized hair. It won't even look like you have been to the gym!
If you plan on going anywhere after you work out, PLEASE for the sake of all of us, don't go around all stinky.. don't be that girl. There is a special place in Hell for that B.O. smell..YUCK. So after you kicked butt and took names at the gym slide some of this deodorant on and you are good to go! This scent also comes in a body mist if you want to smell extra fresh!
